Human Resources Administrative Technician - Project (m/f)

 

Ensure the administrative management of human resources in the project, carrying out the logistical management of employees assigned to the project, the preparation of employment contracts, transfers, contract terminations, attendance control; Support in obtaining visas, participation in workplace accidents, preparation of holiday and work schedules, establishing the necessary contacts with external entities in the field of labour relations, with a view to the proper functioning of the project.
 
Job Requirements and Competencies Profile
 
•    12th year of schooling or technical-professional course;
•    Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in similar roles, preferably with proven experience in administrative management for large-scale projects;
•    Proficiency in SAP HR;
•    Proficiency in MS Office tools;
•    Proficiency in English (mandatory);
•    Initiative and proactivity;
•    Planning and organisation;
•    Rigour and reliability;
•    Teamwork;
•    Availability to mobility.
