Human Resources Administrative Assistant (Temporary)


Job Description:

Support Talent Acquisition by scheduling appointments and maintaining up-to-date spreadsheet trackers.

Respond to candidate inquiries regarding interview scheduling and on-site visits.

Perform day-to-day scheduling tasks and ensure calendars and agendas are accurate and current.

Assist in creating documentation required for staff.

Edit Human Resources communications and documentation on a weekly basis.

Communicate regularly with management to coordinate meetings and track ongoing projects and responsibilities.

Update and maintain staff documentation folders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Keep SharePoint communications current and manage staff access permissions.

Assist with onboarding activities, including scheduling inductions and related tasks.

Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to support data requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Human Resources department.

Job Requirements:

Advanced student pursuing a degree in Administration, Business, or Human Resources.

1–2 years of experience in a related role.

English proficiency at B2 level or higher (required).

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and business partnership.

Excellent attention to detail.
