Description We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Admin to join our team in Barre, Vermont. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to key HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration. Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace culture and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires into the organization.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and addressing employee inquiries.
• Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate and timely data management.
• Support HR administrative functions, including documentation, reporting, and compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with managers and team leads to address workforce needs and implement HR initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies in all HR-related activities.
• Monitor and handle employee performance evaluations and provide guidance on improvement plans.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and development programs for employees.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems. Requirements • Proven experience in employee relations and HR administration.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and best practices.
• Knowledge of employee benefits management and related regulations.
• Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. TalentMatch®
