Description We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Barre, Vermont. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to various HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of HR principles and processes, along with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: • Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and fostering a positive organizational culture. • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated effectively and efficiently. • Administer employee benefits programs, providing guidance and support to staff as needed. • Maintain accurate records within HRIS systems and ensure compliance with data management standards. • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals. • Support managers and employees with HR-related inquiries, offering solutions and guidance. • Coordinate training sessions and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities. • Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. • Collaborate with other departments to support organizational changes and initiatives. Requirements • Proven experience in HR administration or generalist roles. • Familiarity with onboarding processes and best practices. • Experience managing employee benefits programs. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
