You’ll also help ensure internal messaging is aligned and collaborate with the team to create strategies that improve employee engagement. + Under close supervision, you will participate in projects, programs, and initiatives, such as assessing new acquisitions or developing talent needs, and carrying out project plans as needed. You’ll also identify and respond to any emerging requirements. + You will help build a Microsoft-focused culture and drive business by interacting with local communities and gaining an understanding of external stakeholder needs. You’ll also help team members during crisis management, as well as by collaborating on the Employee Assistance Programs. + Embody our Culture (https://careers.microsoft.com/v2/global/en/culture)   &  Values (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/about/corporate-values)   **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** + Currently pursuing Master of HR or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. + Must have at least 1 semester/term remaining following the completion of the internship. + 3+ years experience with HR or related experience (e.g., hiring, training, performance management) involving applicable employment laws and policies OR equivalent experience. **Preferred Qualifications** + Ability to effectively communicate and influence individuals at all levels of the organization   + Willingness and ability to proactively learn and grow with the company    + Ability to be a partner in a team-based environment    + Ability to drive results in a dynamic environment    + Passion for Microsoft, technology, and HR     The base pay range for this internship is USD $5670.00 - $11320.00 per month. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $7470.00 - $12350.00 per month. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
