Human Resource Specialist
Job Title: Human Resources Specialist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution. This role focuses on promoting a positive work environment and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. + Maintain and update company policies and employee handbook. + Coordinate payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs. + Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries. + Support managers with performance reviews and employee development plans. + Track and report on HR metrics such as turnover and retention. + Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities. + Maintain records of training and certifications. + Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. + Utilize HR software to streamline processes and reporting. The environment is conducive to fostering a great company culture where employees can thrive and grow. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
