Are you ready to lead a high-performing HR operations team and shape exceptional onboarding experiences? We’re seeking a dynamic Manager of HR Operations to provide daily leadership for our Onboarding and Transactions teams. In this pivotal role, you’ll orchestrate smooth operations, strengthen the caregiver experience, and ensure excellence in regulatory compliance.

 

You’ll coordinate cross-functional service delivery, cultivate vendor relationships, and champion continuous improvement to empower caregiver readiness and uphold our commitment to Love and Excellence. What You’ll Do

Lead, mentor, and inspire the Onboarding and Transactions teams to deliver service excellenceRun daily operations, staffing plans, and workload distribution based on volume and complexityEnsure accurate and timely execution of employee transactions and onboarding including I-9 forms, employment verification, service letters, tuition reimbursement, and certificationsEstablish SLAs, quality assurance programs, and annual team goalsCreate and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure team education on regulatory requirementsAudit onboarding activity in Workday and OnBase to ensure task completion and documentation accuracyFind opportunities for process improvements and lead implementation using baseline metricsCollaborate with internal stakeholders including Talent Acquisition, Employee Health, HR Services, Payroll, and othersResolve escalated issues and provide exceptional service across all touchpoints

 

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in a public contact environment, preferably in Human Resources. May consider 10 years of leadership experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.Deep understanding of CMS, Joint Commission, and state/federal compliance standardsProficiency with HR systemsExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and vendors
