Human Resources Manager
Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 annually
Travel: About 10% to local offices – valid driver’s license required

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full HR function: recruiting top talent, managing employee relations, overseeing leave programs (FMLA, ADA), and supporting union matters when needed. You’ll also ensure our offices stay compliant with licensing requirements, maintain accurate HR data, and keep operations running smoothly — from spreadsheets to special projects.

As a leader, you’ll guide and develop teams, ensuring your staff have the tools, direction, and support to succeed. You’ll foster trust, resolve challenges with empathy, and help shape a workplace where people feel valued and heard.
