Description
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented HR Managers for ongoing contract and contract to hire opportunities. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, professional development, and compliance with HR policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with expertise in HR management and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning:
+ Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract and retain top-tier talent.
+ Collaborate with department managers to assess staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
Employee Development and Engagement:
+ Implement initiatives to upskill and reskill employees, helping staff adapt to changing roles and industry needs (Source: SG25-TREND 5).
+ Facilitate mentoring and professional certification programs to support career growth and development.
+ Promote employee engagement through feedback mechanisms and ongoing communication efforts.
HR Policies and Compliance:
+ Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations (Source: SG25 US Human Resources.docx gaps).
+ Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to reflect current legal standards and organizational goals.
Compensation and Benefits Management:
+ Oversee compensation strategy and implement competitive pay and benefits structures.
+ Liaise with external providers to manage benefits programs such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
HR Analytics and Systems:
+ Utilize Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to track employee data, analyze trends, and generate reports (Source: SG25-TREND 5).
+ Leverage HR analytics tools to inform decision-making and strategic planning initiatives.
Employee Relations:
+ Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries and requests, ensuring timely resolution of workplace issues.
+ Conduct investigations and mediate conflicts to promote a healthy and productive work environment.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; professional certifications
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management roles, with expertise in industries such as healthcare, financial services, nonprofit, or professional services
+ Proficiency in HRIS platforms like Workday, ADP, or Concur.
+ Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
+ Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Proven ability to lead teams and drive organizational goals forward.
