The opportunity
Delaware North's Patina Group is searching for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our enterprise HR team to provide support specific to our Disney Florida locations at Disney Springs and Epcot in Orlando, Florida. Our ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures and is an effective communicator and influencer of team members at all levels of an organization. We are eager to find an HR Manager who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of our organization and the workforce. This role will have primary HR oversight for 8 restaurants and will be the connector between the location and our broader HR & HR Support team. If you are adept at building strong relationships and deeply knowledgeable about HR policies, compliance, and best practices, you could be a great fit for this role.
PayMinimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81,900 - $110,600 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. More about youMinimum 7-10 years HR management experience with at least 3 years HR Generalist experience; hospitality background Required.Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field preferred; PHR or SPHR certification is a plusExperience in a union environment strongly preferred, with ability to read and interpret collective bargaining agreements to advise managementSeeking experience with Workday, UKG, or similar preferred; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint requiredDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and conduct thorough and unbiased investigationsProven background in employee relations, talent management, training, and regulatory compliance Ability to travel between Disney Springs and Epcot throughout the week.
