As an HR intern, your responsiblities may include the following: + Contributing to recruitment efforts. + Supporting HR administration functions, including special projects as assigned to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the agency. + Collaborate cross-functionally with the HR team to understand and identify areas of process improvement (i.e., onboarding, streamlining processes, etc.). + Research, compiling, and analyzing HR-related queries and data. + Maintaining personnel files ensuring compliance with record retention requirements.
