Objective
To develop and implement comprehensive strategies for operator growth and reward systems, enhancing skillsets and recognizing top performers.
Main Tasks
Development Strategy for Operators:
Assist in creating and executing development plans for operators.Coordinate exchange programs and cross-departmental learning initiatives.Develop succession plans for various positions (Operators, Senior Operator/Production Technician, Foreman, Shift Leader).Collaborate with HR to ensure readiness for next positions.Reward Plan:
Develop criteria for evaluating and selecting the best operators.Establish criteria for recognizing the best shift performers.Coordinate with teams to gather performance data.Determine the type and amount of prizes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Able to travel to site (no near public transportation near the FTZ).Preferably available for a 3-6 month internship.Strong organizational and communication skills.Analytical skills to develop evaluation criteria
