Facilitate effective collaboration between HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and various departments. 2. **Employee Engagement:** Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies. Analyze employee feedback and propose actionable improvements. 3. **Strategic AP HR Projects:** Provide insights and support for HR-related projects and initiatives. Collect and analyze data to drive strategic HR decisions. 4. **HR Technology and Innovation:** Assist in evaluating and implementing HR tools and technologies. Recommend and support process improvements to enhance HR efficiency. 5. **AP HR Site Initiatives:** Participate in HR projects that address organizational needs and challenges. Conduct research and prepare reports on HR best practices and emerging trends. 6. **AP Diversity and Inclusion:** Support the development and execution of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
