**Description and Requirements**
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **AP Site HR Support:**
Assist with daily HR operations and address immediate HR needs.
Facilitate effective collaboration between HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and various departments.
2. **Employee Engagement:**
Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies.
Analyze employee feedback and propose actionable improvements.
3. **Strategic AP HR Projects:**
Provide insights and support for HR-related projects and initiatives.
Collect and analyze data to drive strategic HR decisions.
4. **HR Technology and Innovation:**
Assist in evaluating and implementing HR tools and technologies.
Recommend and support process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
5. **AP HR Site Initiatives:**
Participate in HR projects that address organizational needs and challenges.
Conduct research and prepare reports on HR best practices and emerging trends.
6. **AP Diversity and Inclusion:**
Support the development and execution of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Help design and implement programs to raise awareness and promote inclusivity.
**Qualifications**
+ Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn.
+ Excellent communication and analytical skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Able to get onboard by August onwards
