Human Resource Assistant
Description We are looking for a Human Resource Assistant to join our team in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract role, you will be the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding human resources policies and processes. This position offers a mix of onsite and remote work after the initial training period, providing the opportunity to deliver excellent service in a dynamic environment. **MUST LIVE LESS THAN 10 MILES FROM KING OF PRUSSIA, PA.*** Responsibilities: • Respond to employee and manager inquiries via calls, chats, and other communication platforms, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions. • Perform daily transactional tasks in HR systems such as Workday and Kronos, maintaining data accuracy and consistency. • Adhere to established service level agreements and key performance indicators to meet operational goals. • Provide guidance on HR systems and processes • Escalate complex issues to the HR Service Center Manager as needed. • Document all interactions thoroughly and accurately in the case management system to maintain comprehensive records. • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. • Identify trends in escalations and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders to build positive working relationships. • Assist in implementing changes to improve communication and operational efficiency.
