Human Resource Assistant
Description We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to join our team located in the Greater Philadelphia Region. This Human Resource Assistant contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to key human resources functions, including recruitment, compliance, and document management. The ideal Human Resource Assistant candidate will have a strong background in Human Resource processes and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and organization. What you get to do every single day: • Coordinate and oversee recruitment efforts to ensure candidates align with the role requirements and compliance standards. • Verify applicant information, including education credentials and other documentation, to ensure completeness and accuracy. • Maintain compliance by following established checklists and procedures for candidate documentation. • Support Human Resource audits by reviewing processes and providing necessary documentation. • Manage a high volume of documents, ensuring proper organization and accessibility. • Assist with transitioning HR systems, including integrating Kronos with Workforce Now. • Conduct background checks and oversee benefit-related functions. • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and job applicants. Requirements Other requirements for the Human Resource Assistant position include and are not limited to: • Proven experience in recruitment and a solid understanding of human resource compliance requirements. • Familiarity with human resource software systems, including Kronos and Workforce Now. • Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail. • Ability to handle high volumes of documentation while maintaining accuracy. • Excellent communication skills and a focus on detail. • Experience with background checks and benefits administration. • Proficiency in HRMS platforms and other related tools. • Ability to work independently while asking relevant questions to ensure clarity.
