Currently we are on the look out for a HR Associate to join our team in a 12 month fixed term contract. Recent HR graduates are encouraged to apply!
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Provide HR support to the HR Team as required (eg ER, training & development, recruitment and other administrative tasks);Support the execution of HR operational activities and people initiatives across the site;Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives;Support the end to end recruitment process, including phone screening, interviews & on-boarding;Support the relationship with external recruitment & labour hire agencies;Complete Global HR reports as required by various public/private bodies;The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or similar (graduates are encouraged to apply!);Strong computer literacy, with HRIS experience (desirable);Experienced with Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Excel;Strong attention to detail and communication skills;Ability to build effective working relationships;Team player with a positive, can-do attitude;Viatris Benefits:
