What the day will look like Lead the Human Capital business portfolio for clients in the Natural Resources sector, with full responsibility for business development, budget management, and client relationships. Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within existing and potential clients, driving growth across ART, Life, Benefits, and Health insurance solutions. Build and sustain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored solutions and proactive support. Collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams to deliver integrated Human Capital services. Monitor and manage the business unit’s financial performance, ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Mentor and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of customer focus and commercial excellence. Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in the insurance industry (ART, Life, Benefits, Health), ideally within a broker or insurance company. Demonstrated commercial acumen and a track record of business development and client management. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward commercial objectives. Strong customer orientation and communication skills. Intermediate English proficiency. Proficiency in Office tools.
