THE TEAM & RESPONSIBILITIES

The role is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or junior HR professional to fulfil a generalist HR role, exposed to all aspects of the HR function in a global financial firm. The successful candidate will join the EMEA Business Partner (BP) team to support in delivery of their regional and global people strategy.

Work alongside senior BPs, partnering with regional and business unit leaders to deliver on their people strategy and be the point of contact on HCM-related mattersCollaborate with HCM functional groups (i.e. Compensation, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Mobility, Recruiting) to provide a seamless HCM service on a range of matters including local and international mobility, new hire offer management, data management, reporting, etc.Participate in global project teams to deliver annual talent management processes including, but not limited to, goal setting, talent reviews, annual feedback, promotions, compensation, people pulse surveysAnalyse and review people data to help shape and drive the people strategy

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Recent graduate or junior HR professional (up to approx. 3 years’ experience)Demonstrable passion for HR - ideal candidate would have (or be studying towards) HR degree or CIPD qualification or equivalentGood communication and interpersonal skillsTeam player and collaborator with potential to work increasingly autonomously over timeSelf-motivated and organisedAbility to analyse data – competent in use of Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel or have aptitude to learn quickly
