HCM (Analytics) is responsible for a broad range of activities, including collecting, analysing, and interpreting HR data to provide insights that improve workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, and overall HR strategies.

Responsibilities:
The tasks will include, amongst others:
Manage large datasets from various HR systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide insights into key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, employee engagement, performance metrics) using Power BI.Build/maintain existing infrastructure of Anaplan Models related to HR processesWork closely with HR and business leaders to understand their data needs, gather requirements, analyse data and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and recommend data-driven solutions to improve HR operations.Partner with HCM functional groups (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellness & Benefits, Employee Relations, Global Mobility, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting) on seamless HCM service to clients and dedicated local initiatives / programmes.Skills we are looking for:
Strong written and oral communication in English, excellent presentation skillsDegree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a comparable discipline is preferred, with prior experience in data analysis or a related field being a plusKnowledge of analytics tools (Power BI or Anaplan is required, combination of the two highly preferred)Ability to work in a fast-paced, globally connected organizationHighly organized with strong attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environmentAble to manage confidential informationKnowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, R or Python is a plusInterests in HR metrics, workforce analytics, and data visualization
