Are you a looking for a new opportunity to build analytical and advisory skills? Would you like to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to influence and enable transformational change? We’re looking for an assistant to join our Human Capital Management team in Singapore.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a candidate that can work with HCM colleagues to manage local HCM initiatives, prepare and submit regulatory survey requests, manage local country processes and provide administrative support to our Singapore Head of HCM and the broader team. Responsibilities include:
Handle all reporting requests for Singapore personnel dataManage local country HCM processes – eg military leave requests, permanent resident applications, etc.Provide operational support for all functions including those that handle sensitive and confidential information and materialsPrioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or responseProvide wide range of administrative tasks for the division including but not limited to: processing invoices, expense reports, creating and maintaining personnel files, filing, onboarding etc.Create presentations and communications to market strategy and function achievements and deliverables Proactively identify ways to improve existing solutions, streamline and automate reporting, create greater efficiency and share best practice across HCMSchedule, confirm and manage extremely active calendars which involve coordinating time-sensitive, complex/multiple stakeholder meetings; prioritizing meeting conflicts and forward planning Coordinate regular divisional meetings and townhallsOther related projects and duties as requested
