The Learning & Development team in HCM oversees learning and development initiatives and programming for the firm. We educate our people on our culture, develop new and experienced managers and leaders, build the skills for creating inclusive environments, orient new hires, help people design their career paths, and provide opportunities for technical skill development.

Contribute to shaping the region’s overall learning strategy Build trusted relationships with HCM colleagues to understand and prioritize evolving development needs across businesses and regions Design, develop, and deliver strategic, innovative, and practical learning interventions and solutions that address business needs in a dynamic and rapidly changing environmentStay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of learning and development strategiesPartner with global and regional colleagues to design, deliver and measure impact of firmwide learning programs to ensure they offer the best solutions for stakeholdersServe as a core team member for a variety of initiatives and take a hands-on approach with project management Oversee and manage junior colleagues within the learning & development teamSKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
