At PwC, our HC operations primarily focus on managing the employee lifecycle, which entails day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, leave management, employee data management, compliance with labor laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues. HC operations are also involved in talent development with focus on finding, deploying, and enabling talent through talent identification and enhancing employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.Our HC workforce enables HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.
You will be a primary HC point of contact in the resolution, escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HC protocols and guidelines, as well as be part of a team of problem solvers that help solve complex HC Operations issues from strategy to execution.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the HC function’s budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.HC Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HC data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.Technology Utilization: Leverage HC technologies and systems to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making.Compliance: Ensure compliance with HC related issues and best practices.Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and processes to ensure high levels of employee performance and accountability.Compensation and Benefits: Develop competitive compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain employees while ensuring cost-effectiveness.Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HC strategies that align with the overall business objectives. Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team.Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent. Implement succession planning and career development programs.Review: Use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members.Conflict Management: Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with team members and the leadership, escalating where appropriateEducation Requirement: An ideal candidate should hold a Master's / BSc(Honours) degree in Management or any similar discipline.
Experience Required:
The candidate should have a minimum work experience of 8 years in HC function of a large-scale entity.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.Ability to work collaboratively across functions.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)
