at every level within the organizationThe Human Capital Consultant partners with business leaders to analyze develop and execute the human capital strategy that supports its business strategy development Through a data driven lens this person will facilitate strategic employee relations organizational design and workforce planning initiatives that enable the business to recruit develop support and retain top talent Responsibilities include but are not limited to the followingConsult with and coach business leaders on talent management and workforce planning strategies to identify current and forecasted talent needs develop action plans to mitigate associated risk and improve confidence in future successor readiness to enable business objectivesUtilize relevant data both qualitative and quantitative to identify root causes trends and guide decision making to recommend and implement countermeasures that drive business resultsCollaborate with leaders to identify organizational design needs utilizing a defined project management methodology to achieve milestones and effective implementationIdentify engagement and retention opportunities and develop potential solutionsUtilize a systems thinking approach to analyze current organizational culture and develop systemic and scalable countermeasures for sustainable changePerform Employee Relations duties as business needs dictateCollaborate with Center of Expertise partners recruitment compensation benefits EEOD Engagement Experience and Organizational Development etc to support programs and processes in Generalist or similarExperience working for large multi function organizations ideally k employeesExperience working with blue collar and white collar functionsDemonstrated experience in employee relations including issue resolution and policy interpretationChange Management and Project Management experienceKnowledge and experience in organizational design workforce planning and retentionAdept
