The Human Capital Consultant partners with business leaders to analyze, develop, and execute the human capital strategy that supports its business strategy development. Through a data-driven lens, this person will facilitate strategic employee relations, organizational design and workforce planning initiatives that enable the business to recruit, develop, support, and retain top talent. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Consult with and coach business leaders on talent management and workforce planning strategies to identify current and forecasted talent needs; develop action plans to mitigate associated risk and improve confidence in future successor readiness to enable business objectives * Utilize relevant data (both qualitative and quantitative) to identify root causes, trends and guide decision making to recommend and implement countermeasures that drive business results * Collaborate with leaders to identify organizational design needs, utilizing a defined project management methodology to achieve milestones and effective implementation * Identify engagement and retention opportunities and develop potential solutions * Utilize a systems thinking approach to analyze current organizational culture and develop systemic and scalable countermeasures for sustainable change * Perform Employee Relations duties as business needs dictate * Collaborate with Center of Expertise partners [recruitment, compensation, benefits, EEOD (Engagement, Experience and Organizational Development), etc.] to support programs and processes in line with the human capital strategy *Requirements:* * Bachelor’s Degree * 5 years Human Resources experience, either as a HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or similar * Experience working for large, multi-function organizations (ideally 2.5k employees) * Experience working with blue-collar and white-collar functions * Demonstrated experience in employee relations, including issue resolution and policy interpretation * Change Management and Project Management experience * Knowledge and experience in organizational design, workforce planning and retention * Adept working with data Bonus points for healthcare experience, Master’s in HR Management, or HR certifications such as SPHR We take great care of careers.
