In strategic workforce planning at PwC, you will focus on analyzing and forecasting the firm’s current and future workforce needs. This involves analyzing workforce trends, applying the latest HC work-force strategy, short and long-term workforce/resource planning, and improving overall employee experience.You will play a crucial role in planning the right people with the right skills in the right positions to achieve the desired objectives of the different Line-of-Services. Additionally, you will analyze data, forecast future needs, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the workforce.
Focused on relationships, you will be building meaningful connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating through complex situations, you will be growing your technical expertise and awareness of your strengths.
Examples of the skills, knowledge, and experiences you need to lead and deliver value at this level include but are not limited to:
Workforce Planning: Collaborate with Line-of-Service / Business managers/leaders to assess current and future staffing needs. Develop workforce plans that align with organizational goals and anticipate changes in demand.Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal deployment of human resources based on skill sets and project requirements of each Line-of-Service / Business. Monitor and adjust resource plans on a real-time basis to address changing priorities.Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within talent management practices. Develop programs to support a diverse workforce.HR Metrics and Analytics: Analyze data related to talent management and resource planning to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Track key performance indicators, i.e. staff utilization and report findings to leadership.Technology Utilization: Utilize HC systems and tools to streamline talent management processes and improve data-driven decision-making.Education Required: An ideal candidate should hold a BSc(Honours) degree in management, resource planning, data analytics or any similar discipline or a Chartered Accountant with additional certifications / diplomas in data management / analytics.
Experience Required:
The candidate should have a minimum of 2-4 years' work experience, particularly in system transformation and resource planning.Hands-on experience working on spreadsheets and other similar tools / software's for data management and analysis.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.Ability to work collaboratively across the organisation.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)
