Reporting to the Human Capital Analytics & Organization Effectiveness leader this role will lead a team and drive and support efforts and programs that improve the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by providing data-driven talent insights using quantitative and qualitative methods to identify opportunities for individual, team and organization performance improvement. The role will consult directly with LOB leaders and Senior HR leaders to analyze information propose actionable insights and enable leaders to integrate data into daily decisions as well as strategic planning. Leads efforts related to defining and executing on the Human Capital Analytics Strategy for Truist 2. Leads a team of analytics resources that act as internal consultants by understanding business needs, scoping HR Analytics requests, synthesizing insights, and recommending solutions to key business partners in collaboration with other members of the HR analytics team 3. Provides human capital analyses and insights that are used to inform Enterprise and Functional Risk Committees the Board of Directors and as needed commentary for Investor Relations and the CEO. 4. In addition to consulting, focuses on internal HC Analytics team capability development and progress against roadmap to increased analytics maturity 5. Effectively engages and manages stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization to ensure appropriate sponsorship and support of key initiatives and decisions. 6. Assists the team lead in defining and managing priorities 7. Develops, calculate and analyze key performance indicators to help measure and monitor HR effectiveness and the impact of initiatives executed via HR strategies and long-range plans 8. Coordinates the enablement of self-service HR Analytics capabilities across HR Centers of Excellence including coordination & partnership with the Enterprise Data Office on bank-wide analytics capabilities and tools. 9. Provides guidance, training and subject matter expertise to teams and employees in asking appropriate questions, selecting the right metrics, interpreting the data and translating data into actionable recommendations **QUALIFICATIONS** **Required Qualifications:** **The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelors Degree with 10 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 2. Demonstrated proficiency in operational effectiveness and the tie to business, organizational strategies and management objectives. 3. Ability to lead teams and large complex programs including the ability to influence others at senior levels to adopt new perspectives. 4. Proven thoughtful process of analyzing data and problem solving with data to reach a well-researched solution. 5. Expansive knowledge of metrics, data and business intelligence strategies 6. Ability to present data in a logical, concise manner. **Preferred Qualifications:** 1. Experience leading a team of professional individual contributors 2. Master's Degree and 10 years of related experience in analytics and program management 3. Degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, Math, Computer Science, MIS, Analytics, Data Science or other related fields 4. Technical experience with tools such as Python, R, Qlik, Tableau, Microstrategies and Visier 5.
