What will you do day-to-day?
Coordinate and lead the operations team: task assignment, rotations, and follow-up.Drive improvements in safety, productivity, and efficiency.Communicate procedures, safety measures, and operational instructions.Train and develop the team.Plan resources and adjust operations based on needs.Collaborate with other key departments.Act as back-up for the HUB Supervisor.Prepare reports and operational analyses.What do we offer?
