What will you do day-to-day?

Coordinate and lead the operations team: task assignment, rotations, and follow-up.Drive improvements in safety, productivity, and efficiency.Communicate procedures, safety measures, and operational instructions.Train and develop the team.Plan resources and adjust operations based on needs.Collaborate with other key departments.Act as back-up for the HUB Supervisor.Prepare reports and operational analyses.

What are we looking for in you?

Higher Vocational Training (university degree is a plus).Intermediate to high level of English.Experience leading teams (highly valued).Analytical skills, decision-making ability, and problem-solving.Excellent communication skills.Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook).Driver’s license.Flexibility is important in our organization, including for this role:Night shift: 01:00 – 09:00
