Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Talent Management or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of work experience including 5 years of experience in leadership/talent development in a consulting/client-facing role.
+ Experience influencing and advising executive leaders to achieve talent and business outcomes.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Master’s degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Talent Management, or similar fields.
+ Experience solving problems, thriving in ambiguity and change, and achieving impact.
+ Experience influencing, coaching, and engaging with senior leaders from functional and technical backgrounds.
+ Experience in customized development planning for leaders (e.g., designing impactful strategies, helping coaches through implementation).
+ Ability to create internal and external partnerships to support ongoing innovation in talent development strategy.
+ Ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action.

As the Hub Practitioner, you will be a member of Google’s Executive Services team who engages with Google senior leaders to assess their leadership capabilities, prioritize development goals, and construct tailored development pathways with a goal to generate insights, facilitate mindset shifts, and identify behavioral adjustments to enhance overall leadership effectiveness. You will leverage knowledge in leadership development, innovative design, business acumen, coaching, and stakeholder management. You will also contribute to the design and development of the broader VP portfolio. This role ensures the team remains user-focused and deliver solutions for leadership challenges that impact both the organization and the world.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$297,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Manage an active portfolio of senior leader clients per year.
+ Serve as a trusted development consultant to clients by assessing needs, creating customized development journeys, and partnering with the broader system of talent (e.g., Google Lead sponsors, People Partners, Internal Mobility) to drive outcomes aligned to Google’s global talent strategy.
+ Innovate to co-create development journeys to address growth areas.
+ Partner with internal and external stakeholders to conceptualize, co-create, and facilitate specific development experiences for individual leaders.
+ Provide data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions, including the identification of consistent development journey profiles for leaders facing similar challenges.
