Job Summary\: The role holder will be responsible for driving end-to-end internal league events, managing lab operations, maintaining, and upgrading the innovation centre, and overseeing floor space management. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with strong leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities\:
1. Event Management\:
· Drive end-to-end internal league events such as CoreXpert and incremental launch events.
· Coordinate with various teams to ensure successful event execution.
· Manage event logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, and participant communication.
2. Lab Management\:
· Oversee non-technical operations within the lab.
· Handle logistics, inventory management, vendor relationships, and facilitate prototype procurement.
· Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and address any operational issues promptly.
3. Innovation Centre Maintenance and Upgradation\:
· Maintain the innovation centre to ensure it meets the highest standards.
· Plan and execute upgrades to enhance the centre's capabilities.
· Manage vendor relationships to support maintenance and upgradation efforts.
· SPoC for PP International Hub for Procurement related tasks.
4. Floor Space Management\:
· Maintain and upgrade the infrastructure within the innovation centre.
· Allocate space efficiently to meet the needs of various projects and teams.
· Ensure the workspace is conducive to innovation and productivity.
Qualifications\:
· Any Bachelor’s degree.
· Proven experience in event management, operations, and facility management.
· Strong organizational and leadership skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills\:
· Experience in managing innovation centres or similar facilities.
· Knowledge of inventory management and vendor relations.
· Familiarity with infrastructure maintenance and space allocation.
