Your Main Responsibilities

Implement and define ABB’s digital sales strategy throughout Northern Europe, guiding revenue growth and market expansionCoach and empower local sales teams to meet and fulfill sales targets, while promoting a culture of continuous development and inclusionAnticipate performance challenges early and apply data-driven insights and corrective actions in advanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and internal teams across functions and countriesOversee pricing and contracting processes with attention to risk, profitability, and compliance (including cybersecurity and HSE)Act on customer feedback, manage key account negotiations, and ensure the delivery of a high-quality customer experience

Extensive experience leading complex sales organizations in a digital B2B or industrial environmentA collaborative, coaching-focused leadership style with experience managing remote teams across bordersExtensive commercial acumen and experience with pricing, contracting, and customer success metricsCommitment to building inclusive, engaged teams that embody ABB’s values: Care, Courage, Curiosity, and CollaborationSolid understanding of risk management in sales (contractual, financial, compliance, cybersecurity)Fluency in EnglishAdditional Northern European language skills would be considered as plus
