The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Engineering Manager. Candidates with a passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the Engineering team, the Engineering Manager works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Assist in leading, training, scheduling, and evaluating the Engineering team to maintain high performance, safety, and service standards.Oversee and follow up on all hotel /club and HVH work orders to ensure timely completion and guest satisfaction.Collaborate with the Purchasing team to manage tools, equipment, and supply inventory through efficient requisition and vendor communication.Deliver professional handyman services to Hualalai homeowners, including (but not limited to) painting, carpentry, appliance installation, and general home repairs.Perform preventative maintenance at all Club Facilities, including meter checks, power washing, roof/eave cleaning, and gutter maintenance.Maintain and service golf carts for members and departments, including battery replacement and part installation.Provide general maintenance for villas, homes, club and resort facilities. - Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by Engineering Management.Play a supportive role with Club Capital Projects, ideation and execution.Perform weekly or bi-weekly walk through of all Club outlets and keep track of repair needs/upgradesIdentify and implement new procedures, policies, systems or services to enhance the homeowner experience; increase productivity and profit margins; and drive topline engineering revenue. Develop and support positive rapport and relationships with members, property managers and other resort stakeholders. 

WHAT TO BRING

3+ years of experience in engineering, facilities, or residential maintenance (supervisory experience preferred).Strong knowledge of residential maintenance and building systems.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Ability to manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships.Strong communication skills and a guest-first attitude.Ability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed.Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United StatesWeekend & Holiday availability required
