What this job involves - As the Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) Manager at JLL, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the wellbeing of our employees, clients, and visitors across our managed properties and workplaces. In this position, you'll develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive HSSE programs that align with regulatory requirements and JLL's commitment to excellence. What is the day to day?

Manage the development and implementation of HSE management system programs.Implements strategies to meet or exceed key performance indicators and proactively manage risk, and foster a strong safety culture.Partners with JLL operations managers to meet HSE performance goals and monitor performance.Track and report HSE performance metrics and measure performance against key performance indicators.Provide HSE oversight for JLL service partners working at Client locations under the JLL scope of work.Liaison with client HSE organizations to ensure HSE concerns are identified, solutions coordinated and implemented, and a collaborative partnership with the Client HSE organization is maintained through trust, actions and results.Deliver exceptional quality of service to the client, as reflected by client feedback. Identify HSE training needs and coordinate training sessions for required training.Implement record management and retention systems to ensure required records are maintained and available in accordance with regulatory and JLL requirements.Assist the JLL site operations team in accident investigation and communication processes, including the identification of root causes and sharing lessons learned.Develop and implement training and tools necessary to ensure HSE incident reporting and performance are submitted on a timely basis, and corrective actions are implemented.Proactively evaluate hazards at client site for safety, health, and environmental risks.Provide project management support for account HSE projects related to areas of expertise and responsibility.

Required

Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health, environmental science, or equivalent training and experience5+ years experience working with HSE compliance and management systems2+ years experience leading, managing and developing HSE teamsBroad based knowledge of Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety systems, standards and regulationsDemonstrated success working with clients, subcontractors and vendorsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong computer and technology skills

 

Preferred

Master's degree or professional certification, ASP or CSPEHS experience with GxP, pharmaceutical, research or facilities maintenance operationsExperience with CMMS, incident reporting and KPI tracking and reporting systems

Estimated total compensation for this position:

115,000.00 – 135,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
