Job Description Join a leading global shipping organisation with a strong presence across the Asia-Pacific region. We are seeking a Marine HSEQ Senior Executive to support and enhance Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) functions across a growing fleet.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for driving safety performance, improving management systems, and working collaboratively in a high-standard, international environment.
Key Responsibilities: Safety System Support: Assist in maintaining and enhancing the company’s Safety Management System, including updates to manuals, circulars, and notices across the fleet. ERP Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between ship management teams and stakeholders to address HSEQ-related issues within the ERP system used for core operations. Performance Monitoring: Track, review, and report on HSEQ objectives and KPIs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across the fleet. Documentation & Certification: Support internal systems and processes such as QDMS (Quality Document Management System), assist with certification and audits, and troubleshoot daily HSEQ matters. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive unification and integration across fleets, and plan for future deployments. Digital Projects: Contribute to the rollout of mobile digital solutions for LNG and tanker fleet operations. Requirements: Diploma or degree in Nautical Studies, Marine Engineering, or Maritime Business. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the marine or ship management industry, ideally with exposure to HSEQ functions. Familiarity with ISM, ISPS, MLC, TMSA, SIRE, and ISO standards is essential. Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); experience with BI tools is a plus. Strong written and spoken English, with solid documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Well-organised, detail-oriented, and proactive team player.
