**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:**
+ Develop and deliver HSE training programs for field & office-based personnel, focusing on enhancing skills and knowledge HSE expectations and standards.
+ Collaborate with various teams to identify training needs, ensure compliance with industry standards and Chevron policies, and evaluate training effectiveness.
+ Maintains training equipment & systems, provides ongoing support and assessment to improve and updates training materials as necessary.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ A degree in engineering or HSE technical field is required.
+ Demonstrated technical competence and +5 years of experience in HSE within Oil & Gas industry.
+ Advanced or fluent English level.
+ Strong knowledge of HSE/OE processes and regulations within the oil and gas industry, S&T Business & Argentina with the ability to translate complex concepts into effective training materials and programs.
+ Proficiency in instructional design and delivery methods, including e-learning platforms and hands-on training techniques, to engage diverse learning styles and enhance knowledge retention.
+ Capability to monitor training effectiveness
+ Capability to align and influence stakeholders regarding training needs.
+ Must be able to communicate effectively and build relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
+ Ability to be direct, decisive and accountable and consistent with our Chevron Way values.
+ Display initiative and a self-starter attitude, setting priorities and maintaining a high level of accomplishment.
+ Demonstrated ability to achieve exceptional results.
**Special Considerations**
+ Flexibility to travel to the assets/field (mostly El Trapial, Neuquén).
**Relocation Options:**
Relocation is **not** offered for this role. Only local candidates will be considered.
**International Considerations:**
Expatriate assignments **will not be** considered.
