Responsibilities\nDevelop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and DHL standards.\nSupport the Operation teams in conducting and reviewing the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) on a yearly basis, ensuring it remains current and effective.\nConduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards then propose actions and solutions to Site Management team.\nLead incident investigations and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.\nProvide training and awareness programs to HSE champion and employees on HSE best practices.\nMonitor and report HSE performance metrics at the responsibility area\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives in health, safety, and environmental management.\nCoordinate emergency response plans and drills in the sites of Dong Nai areas.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of HSE standards into all operational activities.\nInvolve and support operations audits from Customers and Government agencies, ensuring readiness and compliance with relevant requirements.\nPlan, develop, and implement engaging safety programs and initiatives—such as interactive mini-games and World Safety Day (WSD) activities—to actively raise employee awareness and promote a strong safety culture.\nStay updated on laws, compliance gaps, and suggest corrective actions.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Bachelor, Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE supervision or management, preferably in service logistics provider or production plant (scope 300 working people).\nStrong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).\nAbility to work independently and travel within the Dong Nai area and as required.\nComputer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. . . .\nGood English in writing and translating.\n
