Safety first! You will provide primary care services to the site and co-ordinate and manage the site health program, including safety inspections, ergonomics training and ergonomics assessments, to drive a reduction in work and non work related injuries. You will as well undertake management of testing programs required by local legislation

Provide primary care services to the site and co-ordinate and effectively manage the site health program, including managing work related and non-work related injuries and illnessesCoordinate preventative health and wellness programs to drive a reduction in work related injuriesProvide Initial emergency response, resuscitation and stabilization of critically ill or injured (trauma) patientsSupport the development of health related policies and Standard Operating Procedures for the site including the delivery of training where necessaryManagement , maintenance and administration of medical equipment and consumables in line with legal and medical standards including audit of equipment and storing, dispensing, administering and safe disposal of medicinesAssess plant risk for health issues or any occupational related illness, acting upon the assessment and controlling them through proper preventive measuresWhat you will bring

Relevant qualifications in the area of Occupational Health or claims management. Qualified Doctor or Nursing practitionerDiploma or Degree qualifications in OHS/Claims & Injury Management, Workplace Ergonomics, Rehabilitation or related disciplineRelevant experience in OHS (Occupational Safety and Health)Strong experience in an Injury Management & Rehabilitation role, ideally within a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of Workers Compensation and Injury Management legislative requirementsJOB PURPOSE
To support Plant HSE Manager for all aspects of Security, Safety, Health and Environmental Sustainability (HSE) by developing and driving strategic initiatives to deliver continuous improvement in HSE performance of activities and products in line with the IL6S mindset of zero injuries, illnesses and waste always aiming into deliver competitive advantage.
Operates strategically above-site, across all areas of safety, health and environmental sustainability. Leads function and HSE activities in all parts of the Plant. Champions HSE policies, standards and behaviours, and influences decisions of senior management.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Be responsible for HSE compliance both in Legal requirement and Internal standard
Driving HSE system and well demonstrate on site
Ensure all aspects for Health, Safety, Environment is identified and conduct control measures follow HOC
Develop HSE skill matrix and ensure HSE capabilities for site employees
Develop HSE culture follow maturity step changed
Participate in IL6S and be member of at least one pillar. Be able to implement IL6S in his/ her areas
Participate in RCA for any incident related HSE onsite
Set priority through Daily Direction Setting and effective escalation of issues
Conduct authorization reporting
Other tasks as required when needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum in Safety - Health - Environment field or related technical field
At least 3+ years of working experience in HSE Management. Working experience in HSE FMCG Manufacturing is preferred.
Strong knowledge of legal requirements and proficiency in applying them to manufacturing.
Pracical experience of local S&H priorities, eg driving safety, machinery safety, ergonomics, health, contractor management, process safety
Knowledge and demonstrated ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
Demonstrated leadership capability in an operational environment.
Working in, and leading, cross-functional teams.
Leading major change to improve performance in different HSE areas.
Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills
Strong business acumen and organization agility
Good computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook
