About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives across major mining operations. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a strong background in both construction and operational phases of mining projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead HSE strategy and compliance across large-scale mining projects and remote operations. Manage risk assessments, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee HSE teams and contractors, ensuring alignment with ISO standards and regulatory frameworks. Engage with stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture and environmental stewardship.

About You

Proven experience in senior HSE roles within the mining industry. Strong leadership in managing large workforces and complex project environments. Degree in Occupational & Environmental Safety & Health, plus relevant certifications. Excellent communication, governance, and stakeholder engagement skills.
