Local Division Manager Robotics
Your role and responsibilitiesWe are looking for an experienced HSE Manager who will become a key member of our management team. Your main mission will be to set and monitor safety standards, ensure ecological and sustainable processes, and oversee safety not only in our production facilities. You will actively visit workplaces where we implement robotic projects and service interventions for our customers.The work model for the role is: hybrid.This role is contributing to the Robotic and Motion in Czech Republic.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tSetting, monitoring, and continuously improving HSE standards in the Robotics and Motion unitsOverseeing compliance with legislation and internal guidelines in the areas of occupational safety and ecology•\tProviding expert advice to managers on HSE risks and their effective management•\tPlanning and implementing HSE projects, setting and reporting goals•\tActive visits and audits of operations, project implementation sites, and service interventions•\tTraining employees and implementing a safety culture•\tIdentifying and promoting opportunities to improve safety levels
Qualifications for the role\tAn expert with knowledge of HSE legislation\tA practitioner with previous experience in an industrial environment\tA personality who is not afraid to enforce high safety standards\tA person with analytical thinking and a proactive approach\tA curious individual who likes to follow new trends in HSE and legislation\tExperience in automation is an advantage\tFluent Czech and English (written and spoken)
