Compensation DataThe typical hiring range for this role is $91,000 to 120,000 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
What You'll DoAs an EHS Manager, you'll support business strategy by ensuring all HSE directives, policies, and initiatives are effectively incorporated at the site level. Responsibilities include developing and executing HSE objectives, managing environmental permits and safety programs, conducting audits, identifying training needs, investigating incidents, collaborating with HR on Workers Compensation, monitoring KPIs, and advising on HSE requirements. Compliance with regulations, enhancing employee safety, environmental stewardship, risk management, cost savings, and improved productivity are key outcomes.
