Who will you be working with?

Our dedicated Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) team is committed to fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and sustainability across all operations. We work closely with production teams, external regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to ensure that our workplace not only meets but exceeds legal and environmental standards. As part of this team, you’ll collaborate with professionals who are passionate about creating a safe and responsible work environment.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the HSE Division, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining occupational health, safety, and environmental protection standards across our production facilities. You will support operational teams by conducting risk assessments, leading safety initiatives, and ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements. Your role will involve training, auditing, and reporting, as well as representing the organization during inspections and audits. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and fostering a proactive safety culture.

What do we want to know from you?

University or Postgraduate Degree in Occupational Health and Safety

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a production environment

Certified knowledge of data protection regulations

Proven ability to assess health and safety risks and define priorities

Strong administrative and record-keeping skills

Experience in planning and conducting OHS, EH&S, and environmental training

Familiarity with legal requirements and procedures related to occupational safety and environmental protection

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under time pressure

Communicative English language skills

Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across teams

What will your typical day look like?

Implementing HSE and environmental policies in line with legal standards

Conducting Safety Gemba Tours and managing non-conformance reports

Performing and updating occupational risk assessments and hazard investigations

Maintaining records of workplace accidents and occupational diseases

Developing and delivering training on OHS, fire safety, and environmental protection

Collaborating with external institutions and representing the company during audits and inspections

Preparing reports, analyses, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders

Leading initiatives to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility

Overseeing waste, water, sewage, and air emissions management and reporting

Managing training schedules and compliance via the LMS system

Conducting audits and post-accident investigations, and preparing related documentation
