Responsibilities: Ensure the due application of regulations: - ensure the due application of Group and site fundamental principles, standards and objectives - monitor legal and local rules/guidelines (regulations, registers, checks, etc.) - ensure that HSE obligations are taken into account by operational staff - propose locally adapted monitoring and reporting methods - manage and/or conduct HSE checks and inspections, within your area of responsibility - monitor corrective and preventive actions  Contribute to the preparation and implementation of the local HSE improvement plan: - help operational staff identify significant hazards and risks as well as significant environmental aspects and impacts - propose areas for improvement and local improvement actions - assist operational staff with preparation of local HSE operational improvement plans - monitor the implementation of action plans - contribute to HSE improvement projects  Support managers and operational staff at an HSE unit, in the area of HSE, and implement Safran HSE policy, objectives, guidelines and Group procedures: - help implement Group tools, methods and procedures. - assist with the HSE training plan - assist with communication/outreach and awareness actions - maintain documentation in connection with the HSE management system - ensure that HSE documents are properly managed and disseminated - assist with analyses, surveys and emergency drills - help develop the Group HSE reporting system • Lead the Company's level yearly/periodical HSE Review • Ensure implementation of Safran Policy/ objectives/ standards/ tools and HSE Process review within the Company • Provide the support requested by the Business Managers • Update Company's risks mapping together with Company's Risk Manager • Animate the HSE network, make sure the relevant trainings are deployed, Rex and good practices are shared across the organization • Translate Safran standards into Company's operational procedures to facilitate implementation at site level • Review and audit the compliance with Safran HSE standards in coordination with SDD • Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture • Other duties may be assigned  Perform all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) related duties as per his / her job requirements and follow HSE norms as applicable. **Job Requirements** Bachelor's Degree Certification in Health Safety and Environment Management 10-12 years of HSE experience **Company Information** Safran is an international high-technology group, operating in the aviation (propulsion, equipment and interiors), defense and space markets.
