Must be able to provide direct support for the identification, implementation, and verification of safeguards across operations to ensure effective management and improved operational performance. + Build strong and collaborative relationships with Chevron and contractor supervision, field workforce and processes advisors peers. Capable to set clear expectations, observe safety performance, remove barriers, provide solutions and align teams on shared goals and outcomes. Communicate clearly and transparently and support others. + Responsible for identifying HSE gaps and driving improvement plans to ensure compliance and enhance safety performance. + Handle Safeguards Management and Risk Assessments; Safe Work Practices and Motor Vehicle Safety; Incident investigation and report; HSE training and competency verification; Emergency Management; Contractors Management; Environmental Stewardship. **Required Qualifications:** + A degree in safety or HSE technical careers is required. + +5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Upstream or Downstream operations. + Intermediate or Advanced English level. + HSE/OE experience with strong risk identification, assurance, coaching, training, and influencing skills. Works collaboratively & seeks diverse perspectives from cross functional groups that include contractors, engineers, and operations personnel.
