You will accomplish this by establishing strong working relationships with the site leadership team and employees. You will lead a team of at least two HSE&F employees and ten to twelve third party employees. You will be the key HSE&F resource with the Chihuahua Design Center directing sustainable facility management, health and safety programs through incorporation of impactful operating processes and keeping in front of leading practices in health and safety standards. Integrate, monitor, and support Health, Safety programs to ensure compliance with the applicable guidelines, procedures, and regulations. Incorporate continuous improvement using Resideo's Health and Safety initiatives.
