Qualifications & Certifications
1. HSE Engineer should possess a combination of qualifications, skills, and competences, including a degree in a relevant field such as engineering, environmental science, or occupational health and safety; Certifications
2. Like CIH, CSP, ASP, NEBOSH DIP L6, OSHA, or ISO 14001, ISO 45001;
3. Work Experience: 8-10 years in similar capacity
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Works closely with project management
2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
3. Knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices;
4. Experience with risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations; ability to develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs;
5. Proficiency in using HSE software and tools, with strong technical, organizational, and leadership skills to effectively manage and Mitigate HSE risks in the workplace.
6. Hazard & Risk Management
7. Shall Provide HSE leadership, training and operational support to all levels of the organization and across all functional groups.
8. Ensures all HSE processes and procedures are implemented and standardized across the project assigned.
9. Tracks Project health and safety metrics and use the KPIs data to identify and to reduce risk.
10. Assists in all aspects of incident investigation including verifying root cause and approving the implementation of preventative actions
11. Ensures emergency response systems, policies and procedures are in place to manage emergencies.
12. Maintains current working knowledge of all applicable HSE regulations.
13. Maintains all necessary training and licensing to function as a signing authority on all HSE matters.

17. Essential skills comprise strong analytical abilities, effective communication, project management, and proficiency in HSE software and tools.
18. Proficiency in relevant safety regulations and standards, as well as fluency in multiple languages, can be advantageous in multinational environments.
19. Participate in monthly and weekly safety committee meeting with members of Safety Committee related to Emergency Response Plan to create strong communication so that the departments always get- informed about the latest HSE developments.
