About Your Role:
UGL is seeking a HSE Advisor to join its Manufacturing and Maintenance – Transport business. This role involves supporting site operational teams across two locations (Bassendean Bayswater). The focus is on implementing effective HSE processes while fostering safety, rail safety, injury management, and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
WHS (Workplace Health Safety),Workers’ Compensation Injury Management,Rail Safetyand Environmental MattersConduct internal audits and facilitate external audits for HSE assurance and due diligence.Lead or review incident investigations (using ICAM methodology or similar).

You are an experienced HSE professional with relevant qualifications and a proactive approach to safety and compliance.
