Qualifications + A Bachelors Degree in Occupational Safety/Engineering + 3+ years of HSE experience in a continuous improvement manufacturing environment with proven track record of measurable results. + Experience in compliance and process auditing. + Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written) in the English language. + Project management experience from inception, planning to completion + Working knowledge of current US (States) OHS and environmental laws and standards. + Experience in HSE management policy and procedure development. + Demonstrated initiative and the ability to handle complex assignments with a proactive attitude + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Organized, above average time management skills #LI-BS1 #LI-RA1 Benefits of Employment: Blair Rubber Company recognizes that its success is due to the strength of its employees.
