Job Description We’re seeking a seasoned HR Software Program Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and integration of HRsoft, a Merit/bonus./compensation tool. This role will oversee cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure projects align with business goals around talent, payroll, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate brings strong program management skills, deep HRIS expertise, and a track record of delivering scalable, user-friendly solutions. Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement is key to driving adoption and long-term success.
