HRS Specialist, Global Operations
This role will manage HR operations, vendor relationships, and process improvements. As an HR Services Specialist I, you will be responsible for effective vendor management, and the administration of various HR functions, including immigration, global data, and benefits. As a Specialist, Global Operations, you will play a vital role in providing HR support and services to our employees and managers. You will be responsible for handling HR inquiries, processing HR transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Your role will involve working closely with HR business partners and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR services and support. In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring efficient and effective HR operations, contributing to employee satisfaction, and supporting the overall HR strategy. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help maintain compliance and improve HR processes, ultimately enhancing the employee experience. **Key Responsibilities** • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and service level agreements. Coordinate with vendors to address any issues and improve service delivery. • HR Services: Support the delivery of corporate an local HR processes including interna transfers, promotions, terminations and administrative tracking. Provide guidance and support to solve employee questions. • Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to streamline HR operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Immigration Administration: Support immigration processes by coordinating with relevant stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and maintaining accurate records. • HR Administration: Assist with various HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and supporting HR projects. • Global Data Administration: Manage global HR data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems. Generate reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making. • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communication. Address employee inquiries and ensure compliance with benefits policies. YOU MUST HAVE • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR services, vendor management, or a related role. • Fluent in English • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. .
