HRS Intern with French

As an **HR Intern** you will play an important role in supporting the **Human Resources** department's daily operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks related to document management, process optimization, and employee support.
The HRS Intern will work with internal & external customers, business leaders and will be responsible of the timely delivery of the high-quality customer service in line with Honeywell processes and policies. This position focus is on the country assigned and will closely co-operate with the local HRS team and all related department and work with different Service Hubs. The HRS Intern will be responsible to fulfil specific range of responsibilities.
You will be located in our **Bucharest** office, on a **3+2 hybrid** schedule (3 days from the office + 2 days from home).
+ Scanning and digitizing employee documents.
+ Organizing and arranging documents within the digital HR database.
+ Printing and allocating physical documents into the respective employee's file.
+ Managing HRS service requests in CRM according to SLA;
+ Answering to employees queries and directs them to the right channel if needed
+ Comply with all required policies & local labor law
+ Contributes in an active way to the continuous improvement of department’s performance or company’s performance: identifies constantly the opportunities of improvement for own activity and department’s activities
+ Participation to internal audit, third party, corporate, second party
+ Final year of University or at Master’s degree
+ Communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
+ Proficient in English and French languages both writing and speaking (B2 minimum).
