HRO Comprehensive Services CS Time Tech Solutions Consultant I
A Time and Attendance Consultant at ADP focuses on implementing and supporting ADP's Time and Attendance solutions for clients. This role involves configuring systems, providing training, and ensuring client satisfaction with ADP's products. The consultant acts as a subject matter expert, analyzing client needs, guiding them towards optimal solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: System Implementation: Configuring ADP's Time and Attendance systems (including Workforce Now and others) to meet specific client needs, including timeclock setups, time-off policies, and related features. Client Training: Facilitating training sessions for clients on how to effectively use ADP's Time and Attendance solutions. Troubleshooting and Support: Providing troubleshooting support to clients and internal partners on time-related configuration issues. Subject Matter Expertise: Serving as a subject matter expert on ADP's Time and Attendance solutions, providing guidance on best practices and optimal system configurations. Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams (sales, customer service, etc.) to ensure seamless support for clients. Issue Resolution: Identifying and resolving client issues, providing solutions and support to ensure client satisfaction and efficient use of ADP's products. Billing:

Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or Essential/e-Time is often preferred. Knowledge of time and attendance processes, including paid time off policies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
